I rarely write reviews, so I'll be brief. Brad Emond possesses my favorite quality of common sense. If that seems minuscule, then you've never worked with an agent that was illogical and figuratively "all over the map". That dynamic is frustrating and most importantly for me, time consuming. Brad Emond is simply the best! I feel extremely fortunate that Brad was the one to get back to me about a listing I thought I might be interested in. OK, I really don't know where to start bragging about Brad Emond. He is a great professional and a wonderful human being. We were absolutely new to the State and to the process of buying a home. Brad guided us step by step, with patience, integrity, honesty and professionalism. We bought our first home in beautiful Myrtle Beach, thanks to Brad, on April 16th, moved in on the 20th, and were able to have a great cookout/house warming party on Memorial Day, a month after.
